Suggest Treatment For Swelling And Pain In The Finger After An Accident
About a week ago, I was running and tripped, and bent back my pinky and 4th fingers when I broke my fall. It is painful and slightly swollen, slightly discolored. I figured I probably sprained it. Should I immobilize my fingers or keep exercising my range of motion?

I really appreciate your concern, such injury need to be sent for x-ray study to initiate the correct treatment and management so better to see the orthopedic surgeon till then finger can be kept under the splint and anti-inflammatory drug can be taken like Ibuprofen, apply the ice of injured part hope this information helps.
