Suggest Treatment For Swelling And Pain In The Joints

i am a 26 years old married woman with no children as yet.since the last 8 months i have been suffering fom swelling and pain in my joints.

i have taken all the medicines ranging from hifenac-p , etogesic,hcqs 200,arden 325, fexy-120,montek lc etc but without any help.

i have also got all sorts of testing done for arthritis but the result is negative.

my doctor is now suggesting steroids but i want to avoid that.

please tell me the safest course of action now.
