Suggest Treatment For Swelling And Pain On The Buttocks After Falling Down

Yesterday I sat in a chair that I didn't realize had a crack near the left leg and fell on my left buttock onto a cement floor. The bottom part of the left buttock is tender to the touch, feels swollen and it is very painful to walk, sit on the left cheek, bend over and when I stand from a sitting position. It isn't bruised. Could I have fractured something?
