Suggest Treatment For Swelling And Pain On The Forearms

had a bad fall 8 days ago and hit my outer forearm, wright on the outside bone 6 to 7 inches from the wrist on the pinky side of the arm. swelled really bad and had a lump the size of a small baseball. put ice on it and it is now the size of a golf ball. not a lot of pain ,good movement with arm and fingers. but real black and blue from the wrist to the elbow. only pain is the spot where the golf ball size lump is. not sure if it is broke but seems to be o.k. other than rainbow colors and tenderness on that one spot.

Dear,
Welcome to HCM.

If u have pain and swelling, its better to take X-ray and confirm for any frcature is there or not. Movement should be restricted. Take some analgesics like Hifenac-D which reduces pain and swelling.

Consult with orthopaedician with X-ray once.

Hope to have given you desired information.
Feel free to followup for any queries.
