Suggest Treatment For Swelling And Pain On The Knees After Falling Down

Hello I am between 45-50 and fell at work in a place that had been reported with wet water. I fell and have not been able to be back at work consecutively since the fall. The knee and ankle is causing pain to where I cannot walk. Is this artheritis? I went to the drs but they did not take exrays.. It is a wcomp.. Pain is constant in ankle with swelling still , pain is behind in back of ankle(foot)
