Suggest Treatment For Swelling And Sore Ankle After Injury

I went over on my ankle yesterday it made a cracking noise and I got a lot of pain, hot sweats feeling sick to the point I thought I was going to pass out, today its swollen and sore to touch and walk and I keep getting a funny burning like sensation when I try and walk on it, should I go to A&E
