It s been so big that it was rubbing up against my underwear while I was out this weekend and some of the skin broke so now I have this ugly little cut on it too... but most of the pain from the swelling itself is gone. it can be injury or infection. better get it examined by doctor. can use oral antibiotic and apply anti sceptic lotion. mantain hygine. avoid tight dressor gins which can rub or hurt.
