Suggest Treatment For Swelling And Tenderness Above The Elbow
My son has a sore place right above his elbow in the inside of his arm. He had a lesion on on of his fingers that appeared to caused by a foreign body. The lesion healed, but the sore place above his elbow has become more tender and swollen. Could this be an infected lymph node? I was not sure if lymph nodes existed at this location.

I really appreciate your concern, looking to the history given here I could say that chances of infective lymph node is very likely and it needs to be treated like that only, but better to confirm this first and for that you have to get done the clinical examination hope this information helps.
