I went diving last saturday and then on saturday night i went out dancing. That night my ankle went dead and i thought that i had twisted it. The next day I wasn't limping but my ankle was swollen. All week it has been swollen but it is not painful just a little tender to touch. Now my foot has started to swell up. Can you advise?
