Suggest Treatment For Swelling In Ankle Joint After An Injury

Hi my ankle bent back and to the side yesterday. now 28 ish hours later it is still swollen with some red marks on the outer side of it. when i move it back and forward this is a lot of pressure and when i move it side to side it popes. what i should i do to treat this?
