Suggest Treatment For Swelling In Ankle Joint

Hi my dad blood sugar level increasing every time rapidly. Eventhough he Controlling food, regular exercise-yoga and doctor medicine and insulin injuction.

We asked the docotor he told that his blood sugar level reverse the insulin so he changed his medicine

Now little bit sugar level gets to be normal

But still it is 110 before fasting and 240 after fasting

Last week he got a swollen near to his foot joints( for two days)



Any solution for this pls help me regarding this
