Suggest Treatment For Swelling In Ankles And Feet

I have edma, spelt that wrong. swelling of my ankles and feet. I have diabetes type 2. tops of my feet are very sore and look kind of milky, not pink like lower part of foot. I drink tea, natural diarectic, as water pills have contributed to liver n kidney levels high. is my feet problem diabetes or result of everything else. Haven`t seen my dr since end of may. at that time this wasn t going on. Thank you so much, Loretta at.. YYYY@YYYY

Hi,

Ankle swelling can not be directly due to diabetes but it can follow complications of diabetes like high blööd pressure/heart problem, kidney disease. Liver disease can alsö lead to such swelling.

You need to get Diabetes profile checked ,followed by diabetologist's expert advise for cause specific management.
