Suggest Treatment For Swelling In Armpits

Hi I m a 22 y/o female and I have had a really swollen right armpit for roughly a year now maybe a little over It s not really sore but from what I can see it s getting bigger It s so big now that when I lift both my arms up the lump under my right armpit is very blatantly obvious

Well , this could be an enlarging axillary central group of lymph node swelling whci can get enlarged due to some chronic infective cause around the arm pit or the right breast region.

second D/D could a axillary tail of breast which has growing breast tissue in it. this forms along the natural milk line which extends from the nipple to the axilla on each side . the diagnosis can be clinched with a FNAC ( fine needle aspiration cytology).
i suggest meet your surgeon and get examined first and undergo the investigation FNAC.
