Suggest Treatment For Swelling In Body Before A Menstrual Period

Respected Dr.; i am 52 yr. i got swelling in the upper part of body two to three days before monthly course& it is very painful. i feel too much weakness. it ends in three days & than every thing become normal. it repeated every 20-22 days. please advise me ;what to do.? this problem is since 5 -6 months . sudha ; allahabad
