Suggest Treatment For Swelling In Foot After An Injury

i went over on the outside of my foot yesterday, i have been in that much pain all night that i was in tears, i have had it elevated and ice on it but my foot is swollen my toes don't touch the floor and my toes are swollen, i can move my toes and foot down but not up and i can't put any weight on it at all
