Suggest Treatment For Swelling In Foot After An Injury

Hi doctor. On sunday morning i fell on the ground. I fell on my left knee and my arm. I went to the dr on monday, but he only gave me stilpayne, the green one, and voltaren 50, tablets. On my left knee where i fell, i had an operation, about 22 years ago, it's blue, and my whole left foot is swollen, dubble the size. My dr is not in this afternoon. What can i use to lower the swollen on the foot.
