Suggest Treatment For Swelling In Inner Labia

one side of my inner labia is slightly swollen. I am having some discomfort like when i cross my legs. It is not itchy nor am i having any uncommon discharge. I saw that i could put hydro cortisone cream on it and that will help. What else can i do to reduce the swelling?

I have gone through your query.Your problem is most likely bartholinitis.In such case application of hot towel will give you relief from discomfort.Antibiotics will be needed and if abscess is formed then an incision and drainage will be necessary.I also recommend my patients to use intimate wash to normalize vaginal bacterial flora and there by preventing recurrance.Hope this may help you.
