Suggest Treatment For Swelling In Knee After Injury

Hello i kicked the floor playing football yesterday and now knee is swollen to at least double its size.Its my right knee and most of the swelling is on the inside and top of the knee.I cant put weight on it and have very limited movement especially if i try to straighten it.It feels like pressure is pushing the knee in.Thanks Craig
