Suggest Treatment For Swelling In Leg And Foot After An Injury

hi my name is jenna and my mother in law is 51 and has diabetis and she fell out of the bed 2 weeks ago and her leg and foot is still swoolen and has fluid build up. her doctor gave her attibiotics but it is only getting worst i dont know what to do she is to stubborn to go to the hospital please help i dont know what to do
