Suggest Treatment For Swelling In My Lymph Node

hello,

my lymph node swelling in right armpit comes and goes. i feel achy and feverish but no fever. lymph node come at different places in armpit. in the past had lymph node swelling behind ear and in neck but they go away. in one year had twice lymph node swelling in right armpit which is tender for few days and then goes away. anything serious? in one year had most test done everything negative.
