Suggest Treatment For Swelling In Scrotum And Testicles Post Surgery

I am 55 had hernea rupture after surgery my testicles and scrotum had signifcant swelling . I was in and out of treatment finallay the pain and swelling went down i eventually healed. However my right tesicle is now the size of grape the left seems sore and not right , but most embarrising and frightening thing is my penis has skrank to a half its size and girth to a skinny micro size measuring 2 inches if foreskin when flacid and my ecrection is 3 maybe 3 1/2 long and skinny as my thumb.i used to be 5 1/2 or 6 inches with a thicker girth. Will my genitals go back to the size they were? It is causing me great worry and marital problems. Thank you.
