Suggest Treatment For Swelling In The Elbow Caused By Fall

two days ago I fell injuring my elbow, within half an hour there was a huge bump which lasted until I slept, a few hours later. I now have a little swelling on the arm and mushy swelling on my elbow and moderate pain that at times extends up through my neck. Is there anything I should do?
