Suggest Treatment For Swelling In The Eyelid

I had a stye in the top corner of my eyelid (actually inside my eye, not on top of the eye lid). The next morning, the whole of my eyelid has swollen and is quite puffy and red. There was a little stickiness but not a lot. It is quite sore. What is this?

Hello
Welcome to Health care magic.

I reviewed your history. It seems from the history that you are having stye of the eyelid. Stye is because of infection of the glands of the eyelids. The treatment for stye is by use of antibiotics eye drops or eye ointments and anti-inflammatory drugs. The swelling of the eyelid is because of reactionary edema and will resolve with treatment for stye.

Hence I advice you to consult your doctor for examination and for prescription of drugs.
Hope this information is helpful to you.

Thank you
