Suggest Treatment For Swelling In The Knee Post A Total Knee Replacement Surgery

i had total knee replacement surgery on my left knee 6 months ago everything went smoothly did my therapy i see dr. again in november 2016 i have been doing fine, but ever since i climbed alot of stairs had a very difficult time doing it & i also got on top of my bed to clean the top part also very difficult even since than my knees hurt after pain went away my left foot the one had surgery on is swollen not ankle but like around it doesn t hurt, not hot nor cold, no pain at all could this be due to when i over did it climbing stairs & cleaning on top of my bed.
