Knee is swollen with fluid. Pain originates on the interior and lower part and under of the knee cap. It continues to swell when walked on. Hard to straighten out due to swelling/fluid. Ice helps reduce swelling. Nothing significant ocurred with knee, falling, twisting, etc.

There should be X-ray knee joint ap and lateral view. If there is fluid accumulation in joint, it must be aspirated. Treatment according to the reports.
