Suggest Treatment For Swelling In The Knee

I was wondering what could have done to my knee. Last night I was walking and my flip flop caught the uneven sidewalk and i fell feeling something shift in my knee and now my upper knee is very swollen. I had acl reconstruction surgery on this knee about a month ago and i am just wondering if i should go get it look at or just ice and elevation?
