Suggest Treatment For Swelling In The Labia Minora
I was having sex and was somehow cut on my labia minora, I believe with a finger nail. For a few days I used A&D ointment but it didn t seem to help. Every time i peed it felt like a slicing, extruciating pain. I asked my sister (a nurse) what to do and she suggested washing twice a day with an unscented soap. I tried this and it feels less painful but now is VERY swollen and extremely sensitive. Please help me, I really don t want to deal with this anymore.

It seems that there might be having bacterial infection on the part due to minor cut or injury to the part.
You might require one course of antibiotic medicine like Amoxicilin for 5 days.
Clean local part with warm water and apply antibiotic cream locally.
Keeplocal hygiene clean.
