General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

The swollen neck running up the back of your left side of your head is suggesting possible infection of teeth or ear on your left side.

I highly recommend consulting with ENT specialist as soon as possible to get checked further. For the moment, can only suggest to keep good oral hygiene and take oral painkillers.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
