Almost every morning I wake up with swollen penis. Few days back I had hydrocele operation. After returning home I was worried about my erection. So thought of checking out, hence had mastrubation. I think I went extra mile on that day. 3 times. Post which I have seen whenever I wake up in morning my penis is swollen. After 1st time I have seen swollen penis I avoided masturbation till date. I get some movement of penis when I see scene on movies etc, but I have not masturbate. I thought it is penile lymphocele and it will go away in few days. But it has been more than 8 weeks. I am bit worried now. Plz help me to get back to normal.
Penile swelling may be due to local Infection or lymphatic obstruction or vascular plexus injury. Use cold compression, use tablet Chymoral forte, avoid tight clothes. If symptoms not improved please consult your treating surgeon he will examine and treat you accordingly.
