Suggest Treatment For Swelling In Toe Caused By Jumping

Hi! I was running in the water at the beach. Kinda jumping a little, and landed incorrectly on my toe. It has been a few days now, and the area before my toes start, is now swollen. It hurts if I put pressure on it and if i walk with "normal" pressure. I think it's the second toe from my left toe, starting from the left. Should I go to a docter? How long will it take before it will go away? Thanks in advance!
