Suggest Treatment For Swelling Of Foot And Knee Pain After A Fall
I fell down my stairs carrying my vacuum. The front and back of my knee were so painful whether I was walking or resting. I used ice packs and am wearing a knee brace. My foot is also swollen with discomfort but no pain. It s been 3 days since the incident the pain is still there but has subsided. My foot is still swollen can you tell me why you think that is?

According to me swelling with pain goes in favour of muscle or bone injury, so first visit a doctor have a xray done if it is normal then there is nothing to worry, by simple analgesic medication you will improve in a week's time .
