Suggest Treatment For Swelling On Ankles Sue To Sprain

I rolled my ankle playing basketball. It actually twisted before i jumped, so i pushed down on it in the jump, then landed on it. I'm on crutches because I cant put weight on it, and its swollen on both sides. Do u think its just sprained? and how can i treat it... Thank you!
