Suggest Treatment For Swelling On Head After Tumor Surgery

Sir,

My son, 15 years, got vestibular schwannoma. On 21st Apr'10 surgery was made for him to remove the tumour. But till there is swelling in the scull, opened to do surgery.

When it will settle down.

He got left facial Paralisys also. Is there possibility for him to recover back?
