Suggest Treatment For Swelling On Knee

im 45 yaers old suffering my left knee its swelling my doctor says early stages of arthritis but until know not cured i take naproxene already, diprofos injectionthe swelling reduse but after five days again comig.please advise me what is the best medicine to take?
