Hi..
Can understand your concern..
As per your complain as you have got trauma to the inner side of lip leading to trauma to the soft tissues caused by the teeth,it has caused an inflammatory reaction and there must be
injury to the minor blood vessels leading to spillage of blood in the soft tissues causing
Hematoma formation..
The inflamed soft tissues also gets over grown and at times the hematoma becomes localized and encapsulated thus appearing as a hard lump..
The lump can also be due to over growth of fibrous tissue alone..
You need not to worry as the swelling will slowly get subsided.
You can apply Thrombophob gel for faster dissolution of hematoma as it contains
heparin..
Alternate warm and
cold compresses can help in providing relief..
Do not injure the lump with the teeth..
Hope this information helps..
