Suggest Treatment For Swelling On Neck

Hi, I have a tiny swelling on the right side of my neck. It seems like it is in front of my sternacleidomastoid muscle. It's slightly hard, and although it's not painful, it is sensitive when I press on it. I'm wondering if it's a swollen lymph node and whether I should get it checked right away.
