Suggest Treatment For Swelling On Right Knee

hello, i am a 48 year woman and i have my right knee swollen , i cannot walk and at the back of my knee i have like balls and my knee look deformed. I like to know where is the cause and what can i do to help myself, and cannot put my weight on my right leg at all.
