Suggest Treatment For Swelling On The Ankles

I fell out of my window about 3 or 4 weeks ago. My left calf was bruised and scraped up. Now from a little over midway up to just above my ankle feels hard and swollen. It feels like its lumpy when i run my hand over the area. It is also red in the area.

Hello
Since 4 weeks passed and still there is swelling and redness .
When patient visit in such condition I advise my patient to take a combination of aceclofenac200 mg + serratiopeptidase 10 mg , twice in day for 5 days . It might also help to massage with ice . Rest for another 5 -10 days ( immobility also help).
You are also feeling lump , so this may be due to fluid collection due to fall .
2nd reason of such swelling may be fracture ( hair line ) , diagnosis can be confirmed by physical examination as well as X ray of this reason.
Deal as mentioned above , if no relief within another 5 -7 days , consult an ORTHOPEDIC doctor and get his opinion.
