Suggest Treatment For Swelling On The Fingers

about a month ago it felt like something snapped at the bottom of my middle finger (palm side) of left hand. The finger became swollen and hard to bend. Now I have a bruise on top side (looks like bleeding underneath)from knuckle in middle of finger to base. Still swollen and hurts when I bend it.
