Suggest Treatment For Swelling On The Outside Of The Ankle Bone
I am having trouble with swelling on the outside of my right ankle, around the bone. It occurs when i am on my feet for 5-6 hoyrs at work. I am 54, female, app 200 lbs, 5 4 , mildly hypertensive, post menopausal. I suffer from fibromyalgia, taking light hormones for treatment

It may be due to injury. For that you may require X-ray foot after orthopedic surgeon consultation consultation. For pain you can take tablet acetaminophen. Further treatment mainly depends upon the underlying condition. Use support while walking.
