General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

* There sounds possible issue with paraphimosis where the foreskin once tight, does not glide back completely to the normal flaccid stage, creating a pull of venous blood with tissue edema involving glans and distal penile shaft.
* This is a surgical emergency situation and immediately must be addressed to your consultant surgeon for best curative steps.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr Bhagyesh V. Patel, General Surgeon
