Suggest Treatment For Swelling On The Throat

My boyfriend snorted ICE today (not the first time) and every time he does it he freaks out really bad. He is experiencing an extremely uncomfortable swelling in his throat, and has his self convinced that it s going to swell shut and kill him. Is he having a panic attack from experiencing the swelling in his throat.? What can I do to reduce the swelling and get him back to normal?

Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, such condition may be self limiting but can be managed with 'Povidone Iodine" gargle ask him to stop speaking, better to keep mums for week, no cold drink, smoking, no stress, if this is hyperacidity then this need to be managed too with "Tab Omeprazole 40 mg and Domperidone 30 mg once in day" hope this information helps, take care, have a nice day.
