Suggest Treatment For Swollen And Bruised Ankle

yesterday after i rode horses all day with my sister and branded some cows with our grandpa. my right foot has a bone in my tendon so it always hurts to walk but last night when i got home it hurt way more then it normaly does my ancle is swollen and from where my ancle to like 4 inces above my ancle it is bruised and and swollen and hurts alot! what do i do medicen doesnt help nore ice or heat
