Suggest Treatment For Swollen And Bruised Foot After Injury

I Fell of a horse two days ago and Hurt my Foot really badly. It was all Swollen And I put cream on it, it went down a bit. but its all bruised and deformed now and i cant walk at all! When i get up and the blood Flows into my foot It Hurts so much i Cry out in pain. Is it broken?
