Suggest Treatment For Swollen And Bruised Hands

hello iv been getting small swollen vains with bruising on the vains in my hands only from time to time like popping up and painful like its blocked but my circulation seems fine i don't smoke or drink and im very healthy at eating and i exercise all the time.
it has happened 3 times now on the middle finger on my left hand!!! whats going on???? im 26
