Suggest Treatment For Swollen And Bruised Knee

I had a fall recently, ended up with a bruised and swollen knee. The swelling has gone down but the bruising remains. What I'm really concerned about though is that there is an indentation on the knee which was not there before. I am not in any pain, other than some slight tenderness to the knee when I touch it.
