Suggest Treatment For Swollen And Bruised Legs

Last night I had a sudden onset of pain (while sitting on the couch, doing literally nothing with my foot) in my left instep near my arch, followed by swelling and then bruising. Today the foot is sore through the achilles up to the calve and there is a bruise about the size of a silver dollar on my foot.
