Suggest Treatment For Swollen And Forehead Of A Child

A little over a week ago my 11 month old fell and hit his forehead. At the time it swelled and bruised, but there were no signs of concussion. He didn t get sick or pass out. Eleven days later the bruise is still there, but lighter. However, I am now noticing a small dent in the area. He is acting normal and it doesn t seem to bother him. Should I be concerned?
