Suggest Treatment For Swollen And Itchy Vagina

I am very concerned because my labia majora are very swollen, enlarged, and uncomfortable. I had a complete hysterectomy about 15 years ago and was taking premarin until about 5 years ago when I started on estradiol ( a bioidentical hormone). I tried going off of estradiol for a few weeks, and the labial discomfort did ease, but I suffered a general malaise and feeling that my bones and muscles itched. I'm looking for an answer. Thank you
