Suggest Treatment For Swollen And Painful Ankle After Insect Bite

Good Evening, I got an insect bite on my instep of my left foot on the 1st July. My foot became red and swollen. It was no better, so I went to A&E...on the 7th July I was given Antiebotics for 7 days..the redness has gone, but my foot and ankle is still swollen and very painful. Should I go back to the doctor?
